Noryem “Nory” Maldonado is the Founder and CEO of Acquisition Solution Experts LLC, bringing two decades of specialized expertise in government contracting to the defense and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Contracting Officer with the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), Nory possesses a deep and current understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and successful defense acquisition strategies. After many years as a dedicated military spouse, she settled in Madison, AL in 2015, and is proud to call the Huntsville area home.

Leveraging a period of government furlough, Nory recognized a need and launched Acquisition Solution Experts LLC to empower other businesses. The firm’s mission is to utilize Nory’s formal education and extensive on-the-job training to help companies develop compelling, compliant, and ultimately winning proposals for defense contracts.

She holds a MBA in Management and Strategic Leadership, BS in Microbiology, and Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Certification in both Contracting and Program Management. 

With 20 years in the field, Nory is an invaluable resource for navigating the complexities of government contracts. Outside of professional endeavors, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with family and friends.
